Terms of use
Sunset Recorder is a personal automation operated by Michal Nowak to record sunsets from a configured UniFi Protect camera and, when enabled, upload the full-quality recording to the operator’s YouTube channel.
Authorized use
The operator is responsible for having permission to access and record the camera, for complying with applicable privacy and recording laws, and for ensuring that footage uploaded to YouTube may be shared through that service.
Uploads and third-party services
The recorder requests private visibility when it uploads a video. The operator remains responsible for checking the video and its visibility in YouTube Studio. YouTube and UniFi Protect are third-party services and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability
Recording and uploads depend on camera connectivity, power, storage, internet access, and third-party service availability. The operator makes no guarantee that every scheduled recording or upload will complete.
